Hay Street Mall
London Court is located in Perth's Hay Street Mall and was modelled on Liberty's store in London.
Built in mock Tudor style the narrow arcade was completed in 1937 for a wealthy gold miner and financier Claude de

McNess Royal Arcade
The McNess Royal Arcade is located on the corner of the Hay Street Mall and Barrack Street and was

Quinlan Swan Building
Built in 1896, this Federation Romanesque style building, was formerly known as Wilson's Bridal
House. The 3 storey narrow building features highly decorative gable, pilasters and turrets.
The three storey, Trinity Building, reflects the Inter War/ Art Deco style of the time. Each end of
the building is distinguished by segmented pediments, balconies and rustication. The symmetrical building also
